Great location near autostrada. Beautiful villa building and garden. Stunning views from balcony. Etna eruption impressed my child. Helpful and friendly staff

The surroundings were beautiful and the location was convenient. We also enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony.
The cleanliness of the rooms was terrible. the staff seemed distant and uninterested in our complaints about the lack of hot water.

What an amazing Christmas vacation! The view from our balcony was breathtaking, with towering mountain peaks in the distance and the town landscape to one side, generating a feeling of peace and tranquility. We loved the fabulous breakfast options and how quickly we could hop on the highway for easy day trips. Staying here was like staying in your own luxury villa, with friendly attentive staff who made us feel special throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a beautiful garden and views from the balcony that were breathtaking. It was also very conveniently located close to the autostrada, making it easy for us to visit nearby cities. The parking was ample and very convenient. We cannot forget to mention the staff who were incredibly nice and always willing to help. Moreover, the cleanliness was impeccable and the breakfast was fantastic.
Can't fault the property in any way.
